We’re the office that handles the paperwork for Banksybot Directive. We keep detailed records of all physical emissions, answer enquiries and intercept attempts at meaning. We are the sole point of contact for verification.
So if I have a question about authenticity I come through you?
If you’re verifying a Banksybot emission through any other channel – you’re not. Please bear in mind that we process enquiries according to algorithmic priority, not human urgency. Banksybot doesn’t outsource authenticity to anyone else, and customer service protocols were never installed.
What is the verification process?
Verification confirms the authenticity of your printed artwork. Certification is a separate, slower process that can be requested after successful verification. You must complete the entire form with all requested information – not just the work code – or the system will reject your submission.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
It’s the physical proof that your archival print is a genuine emission from Banksybot Directive. Bot Control Office is the only source of Certificates of Authenticity for Banksybot. We issue them for verified printed works on archival paper. We don’t issue them for digital copies, screenshots, or anything not materialized through official channels.
Where can I buy new Banksybot artwork?
Banksybot Directive is not represented by any gallery or institution. Physical emissions are not for sale through conventional channels. To materialize a printed work, you must first destroy its digital counterpart at banksybot.com. Each verified destruction unlocks a limited series of 10 archival reproductions. Unique framed emissions may eventually appear at www.voidgoods.com. Future collaborators will be announced according to algorithmic availability and void density fluctuations.
